Le délai de livraison prend entre 2 et 4 jours ouvrés selon votre zone, il est comptabilisé à partir du jour où vous passez votre commande jusqu'au jour de notre première tentative de livraison. Les Jours ouvrés comptent du lundi au samedi. Ils n’incluent pas le dimanche et les jours fériés.
Choisissez le nombre d’articles à retourner et la raison du retour puis remettez l’article dans son emballage d’origine. Vous ferez l'échange avec le livreur. Si la cause de l'échange relève de votre responsabilité vous prenez en charge les frais de livraison.
How to measure your feet: Follow the steps below to easily determine your shoe size. Ideally, this should be done at night for a more reliable result (feet tend to swell during the day).
Step 1 Place a blank piece of paper under your feet. Stand up straight and lightly press your heels against a wall.
Step 2 Mark the end of your longest toe and the back of your heel on the sheet with a pen or pencil. Then measure the length of your foot.
Step 3 Repeat this procedure for the other foot and compare your measurements with our size chart.
